By consenting to these terms and conditions, you absolve the company (Participatory Intelligent Transportation Solutions LLC – branded as Tawseeleh) of any responsibility for any problems, disputes, or accidents – God forbid – that you may encounter during your use of the Tawseeleh application and/or during trips agreed upon with other users, and this is under your personal responsibility, with no liability whatsoever on the part of the company (Participatory Intelligent Transportation Solutions LLC – branded as Tawseeleh).
Safety, security and protection
We have full confidence in the awareness level of Tawseeleh application users. However, it is imperative for the user to take all safety and security measures into consideration. This includes verifying information about passengers or drivers (including but not limited to contact details, phone numbers, residential and workplace addresses, etc.), information about their vehicles, their validity for use, as well as ensuring accuracy regarding the routes, stops, departure and arrival times, and the number of participants in the trip.
Users must also exercise their preferences in trips, such as choosing to share a trip with only females or males, not exceeding the allowed speed limits, adhering to road driving instructions, traffic signs, and managerial directives.
Furthermore, when using Tawseeleh application services, users are solely responsible for booking and selecting trips, without any liability on the part of the company, the application, or their operators.
Participation in Ride-sharing
At Tawseeleh, we are committed to promoting awareness of transportation sharing and its societal importance . We consistently emphasize the necessity of specifying the cost-sharing amount for fuel as a form of collaborative transport or taking turns using the vehicles among all members of the group equally.
Therefore, Tawseeleh does not charge any amount or commission for delivery services. Any amounts exchanged, if applicable, are settled among the application users themselves in return for participating in ride-sharing, at their personal responsibility and without any liability on the part of the company. Tawseeleh only collects the annual subscription fee outlined here, in exchange for the application usage services and for purposes of studies, research, and service development.
Typically, the amounts traded between users are for sharing fuel costs. This amount may vary from one city or region to another, but the pricing should be reasonable. The cost depends on the departure and destination locations, the number of passengers in the trip, and should not exceed the specified price for sharing fuel costs.

You can search for a driver or passenger through the "Book a trip" feature, ensuring you check user information before agreeing to their request. Your agreement is your full responsibility, absolving the Company of any liability. You have the option to apologize and cancel the shared trip with notice to all parties involved.
